Hotel Adjara

“Hotel Adjara” - the most desired place to stay in Tbilisi during grey Soviet Union Period now is under reconstruction. High building with sufficient face for that period is going to be totally renovated.
The company which is now the owner of the building -  “Adjara+”  was founded in 22nd of September 2005. The building was purchased by them from ”JSC Sastumro Adjara” in 26th of March 2006.

Target was bold, as to remake existing building to the modern 4 star hotel with all attributes is hard job. The systems which give main comfort to modern consumer were totally demolished, or even never existed before.
Now facade is already glazed with modern technologies and building looks much lighter and even higher.
The brand name which will present the ex-Adjara hotel will be “Holiday Inn”. The dimensions of each room are more than 4 star hotel standard and company states that this will be huge advantage.

Hotel will have for its consumer: 150 double rooms - 43m2 each and 32 single rooms - 17 m2 each, 9 Duplex Suites and 1 Presidential Apartments – total 192 rooms. All rooms are located on 17 levels of hotel building. Totally 4 star hotel consists of 22 levels.
Among modern and excellent interior design, hotel will offer to the customers 2 restaurants with Georgian and international cuisines, Lobby with bar and lounge area. The conference hall for 400/500 persons has stage and sufficient wings which will give good opportunity to organize different kinds of meetings and conferences. On first level the multipurpose hall and business centre will be located.

“Adjara +” states that 4 star Holiday Inn will be one of the best places to stay while being in Tbilisi as location and hotel features will give all chances for that.
Reconstructing works has been started in May 2006 and Owner Company hopes to finish it by the end of autumn of 2008.
