Radisson Medea**** - by Development Solutions

Concept

The former Medea hotel in the centre of Batumi city will be turned into 4* City Hotel which meets with the international standards. The hotel will accommodate around 225 hotel rooms. Besides, the hotel will accommodate  about 30 luxury apartments, number of  business, entertaining and leisure facilities.

Designer and architect of the project is Michele de Lucchi.

Development Solutions is close to signing an operator contract with Radisson SAS
