We have the necessary technical documentation for searching, studying and operating of a clay quarry to produce bricks and other clay products.

 

The plots we are speaking about are located in the Lagodekhi Region of Eastern Georgia that borders Republic of Azerbaijan.

 

Some clay quarry sites are completely investigated while others need more study. The size of the investigated clay is more than 2 million cubic meters. Most of the adjacent territories to the plots are of the same constitution. The quality of the clay for producing bricks, porcelain products and other clay products is satisfactory.

 

Cheap labor power is available on the territory. However, the plots need to be purchased first. Land can be purchased for an affordable price. Together with its cheap clay resources it is extremely profitable to construct and launch an industrial enterprise in this area.

 

There is no other clay-processing enterprise in the region. There is only a brick-production facility, which produces low-quality products.

 

The demand on bricks and roof tiles in the region is high.
