Capital Vostok is a Swiss-based international investment group, focused on investments, development and management of real estate projects in CEE and CIS countries. In Georgia, Capital Vostok, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Group is developing a project of Kempinski hotel and residential complex on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi.

 

Project Description

 

The architectural concept of the Kempinski Hotel and Residence is designed by Rob Krier and Christoph Kohl (www.krierkohl.com). The different components of the project will comprise the following gross areas:
 
  • Guestrooms on 20,000 square meters; 
  • Conference and banqueting facilities on 3,581 square meters;
  • 1,489 square meters of wellness and spa facilities
  • Serviced apartments on 36,485 square meters;
  • 6,882 square meters of retail space (shopping centre);

  • 200 rooms
  • 160 standard double rooms on 40-45 square meters;
  • 30 junior suites on 55-65 square meters;
  • 8 suites on 80-160 square meters;
  • 2 serviced apartments on 70-80 square meters.

 

 

FOOD AND BEVERAGE FACILITIES

 

The proposed hotel will offer the following choice of food and beverage outlets:
 
  • A lobby bar seating up to 30-40 guests with an extended café/snack-bar area;
  • Main restaurant seating up to 150-170 with a spacious outdoor terrace;
  • A second, more exclusive restaurant with a capacity of up to 60-70 seats;
  • Juice bar at spa;
  • 24-hour room service

 

 

The bar on the ground floor shall function as a typical lobby bar offering snacks, cakes, sandwiches and variety of soft & alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee. Café/snack-bar will serve as a daily option for business travelers for quick meals, salads, sandwiches, coffee and drinks.

 

The main restaurant - on the second floor: besides serving buffet breakfast, the hotel will also serve buffet lunch or menus for lunch and dinner based on demand by residential conference guests, groups and walk-in guests.

 

Fine dining restaurant – will offer exclusive fine dining experience in the evenings.

 

Champagne bar will be included within the fine dining restaurant.

Juice bar within the health and fitness club will serve the spa guests offering a choice of energy drinks, vitamin cocktails, soft drinks and light snacks.

 

Coffee bar - for conferences or receptions.
