Tbilisi Heights and Uptown Tbilisi - by Rakeen Development![]() Rakeen is the prime property developer in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE founded by His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qassimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah.
Rakeen Development started operation in Georgia since September 2006. Tbilisi Heights” and “Uptown Tbilisi” projects are mixed-use premier developments that Rakeen is undertaking in the city of Tbilisi, the Capital of Georgia. 5 star deluxe hotel made up of 350 rooms, 2 presidential suites, 5 one bedroom executive suites, a 500 person conference facility, 1000 people flexible banquet hall and a 2000 people congress center. The hotel shall also include 4 tennis courts (2 covered, 2 uncovered), indoor swimming pool with retractable ceiling to be opened in the summer, SPA and health center, 3 restaurants, 1 night club, lounge and cigar bar. The hotel shall also include all essential parking facilities, staff accommodation, kitchen facilities and other affiliated facilities.
50 super deluxe villas. (2-3 floors, 800 sq m). 100 deluxe villas(2-3 floors, 500 sq m).
100 semi detached villas (2 floors, 300 sq m).
10-12 high rise condo buildings (G+10) with a provision of another 10 buildings to be developed in the future or for sale as land.
Traditional sports facilities including a horse riding club and falconry.
5000 sq m garden for medicinal herbs and organic fruit and vegetable production with a small center for alternative medicine and organic byproducts. 1000 children international school with boarding facilities for 500 children. Utilities facility including water tanks and pumping stations, sewage treatment plant and lift station, irrigation tank and fire fighting pumping stations, electrical substations, telecommunication tower station and stationery.
Amenity center including facilities for fire station, police station, ambulance station, out patient polyclinic with emergency faculty.

Phase 3 will complete the whole projects and it will cover the residential part. Ending date - December 2012.
