Development of the Real Estate Sector in Georgia

 

On the 7^th of July, 2009 Georgian National Investment Agency and   Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia organized meeting concerning housing sector development in Georgia.

 

The research done by the Economic Commission of United Nations and Construction and Urbanization Department about environment protection and housing sector “Country Profiles on the Housing Sector” was discussed at the meeting.

 

Chairman of the Department of Urbanization and Construction Mr. Grigol Kakauridze gave the presentation about Development of the Real Estate Sector in Georgia.

 

The event was attended by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, Georgian government officials, USAID, UNDP, KFW, GTZ and etc.
