Paris Conference for Long-Term Value & Economic Stability
On the 22nd of June, 2009 the Minister of Economic Development of Georgia Mr. Lasha Zhvania and the Director of the National Investment Agency, Ms. Nino Baratashvili are attending the first annual Paris Conference for Long-Term Value & Economic Stability.
The Conference is orginised by the Long-Term Investors Club (founded by Caisse des Dépôts, Cassa depositi e prestiti, the European Investment Bank, Kreditanstalt Für Wiederaufbau) in partnership with the OECD.
The Conference will cover such issues as assessing the future requirements of society shaping today’s long-term investment goals, identifying today’s investment opportunities that will create tomorrow’s wealth, identifying the players committed to long term investment and incentivizing fund managers to look beyond the short-term.
Within the Conference, the Minister Zhvania and Ms. Baratashvili will participate in the workshops and debates.
