Investment of 100 million USA Dollars will extra enter Georgia



Presentation of new investment company has been arranged in Hotel “Courtyard Marriott” today, Minister of Economic Development of Georgia Ekaterina Sharashidze attended a/m presentation. Discourse concerns “CAPITAL PARTNERS OF GEORGIA”, which will realize the investment of 100 million USA Dollars into Georgia during next two years. Its founder is Mark Deniel, businessman, famous in World. Until today, this company realized 2 projects - in Shavnabada and in Tabakhmela, one more scaled and serious project “Mirza Shaf” is added to them since today.

 

Namely, one of the most traditional district of Tbilisi – Abanotubani will not only maintain its old face, but also the reconstruction of already existed buildings will take place according to the draft, brought from the archive. Also, there will be created ultra-modern infrastructure, the business centers, the boutique-hotels, cultural houses of various countries, exhibition halls and etc. So, new project of “CAPITAL PARTNERS OF GEORGIA” will have not only economic meaning for Georgia, but also cultural and historical meaning.


“This day is very important for us. After World financial crisis and the events, developed as a result of Russian aggression, entering the investments and realizing of capital expenditure have special significance for our country. At first level in Georgia “CAPITAL PARTNERS OF GEORGIA” plans capital expenditure in real estate and agriculture. It is possible, that the quantity of the projects will be increased in future. This means, that extra new job sites will be created. We will do everything, that realizing of similar projects would be supported at most in country. I hope, that in the nearest future “Mirza Shaf” will become the symbol of the capital and visiting card for foreigners, but the best place for rest and entertainment for Tbilisi-born” – Ekaterina Sharashidze stated at the presentation.


Besides the Minister of Economic Development of Georgia, Mayor of Tbilisi Gigi Ugulava also visited the presentation of “CAPITAL PARTNERS OF GEORGIA”.
