Economic Ministry to Launch Issuing Euro 1 Certificates on November 1



A special office will launch operation at the Economic Development Ministry to issue special certificates (Euro 1) as part of the enacting of simplified trade regime with Turkey.

 

Procedures for purchasing privatization property will be also simplified, says Eka Sharashidze, Economic Development Minister.

 

Since now only personality certificate will be required for taking part in the privatization process, adds Sharashidze.

 

The Ministry will carry out the research procedures, including concerning the ownership of over 25% state share in the tender participant company.

 

According to the law on Privatization of State Property, the state share mustn't exceed 25% in tender participant companies.
