Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia will issue non preferential and preferential CT-1 certificates since 1st August, 2008



Since 1st August, 2008, non preferential and preferential CT-1 certificates of origin will be issued by the Ministry of Economic Development of Georgia and its territorial institutions, also by the Ministry of Finances and Economy of Autonomous Republic of Adjara, instead of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

 

“It is one more forward movement in order to simplify carrying out the business in our country, especially to assist export” – Minister of Economic Development of Georgia Ekaterina Sharashidze mentioned.


It also must be mentioned, that issuing of the certificates will be carried out free of charge, that will be serious assistance to exporters. Besides it, the certificate will be issued through the simplified procedures and in the shortest period of time.
