Rakeen Development started operation in Georgia since September 2006. It already has several mighty projects country wide, such as Vardzia Plaza – 5 star hotel and residential complex in Vardzia, Batumi Sails – residential complex in Batumi, Paradise Beach in Gonio, Tbilisi Heights and Uptown Tbilisi.
	Rose Revolution Square - by Development Solutions Revitalization of the Rose Revolution Square (formerly called Republic Square) project considers a full redevelopment of more then 3 hectares of urban land and historical buildings disposed there and has an ambition to become one of the most significant projects of Tbilisi.
	Hotel Adjara “Hotel Adjara” - the most desired place to stay in Tbilisi during grey Soviet Union Period now is under reconstruction. High building with sufficient face for that period is going to be totally renovated.
	Hilton Batumi Hotel “Nurol Construction and Trading Co. Inc. has 2 big investment projects in Adjara. The first investment project is a 5 star hotel complex in Batumi that offers a total of 200 luxury rooms. The total investment cost is approximately 65 million USD. The second investment project is a living and entertainment recreational complex in Salibauri. The investment cost will be approximately 5 million USD.”
